Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the post is an entry grade in category C.

Experience: Significant experience in local government administration, ideally in a town hall
The profile they look for:
- Significant experience in local government administration, ideally in a town hall.
- Good command of reception, civil registry and general administration tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good writing skills.
- Rigour, autonomy, versatility and a sense of public service.
- Knowledge of the Inoé and Berger-Levrault software is a plus.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
