Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: Higher education, Bac+3 minimum, in IT, networks or telecoms
The profile they look for:
- Bac+3 minimum in IT, networks or telecoms
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks and security principles
- Knowledge of telecom and infrastructure protocols
- Knowledge of ITIL and GLPI or another ITSM tool
- Knowledge of network and telecom standards
- Project management methods
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
