Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the adjoint technique grade is an entry grade in category C.

Diploma: BAFA desired
Experience: Experienced, in childcare or youth activities
The profile they look for:
- Experience with children or youth activities.
- Energetic, adaptable and patient.
- Good people skills and team spirit.
- Follows safety rules and is discreet.
- BAFA training desired.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Send your CV and cover letter to the town hall office by email. You can also apply on the employer's website, from the official offer.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
