This job is open to civil servants and contract workers. A person who is not a civil servant can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C. Disabled workers can also apply by contract.
Category: Category C (staff)

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: October 31 (Closes in 2 days)
Apply on the employer's website, via the offer page on Choisir le Service Public. The cover letter is required and must be addressed to the Mayor.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
