Civil servants and contract staff can apply, except contract staff on fixed-term contracts (CDD). The post is subject to the special status of civil servants in the decentralised prison administration services.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Previous kitchen work is preferred.
The profile they look for:
- Have already worked in a kitchen.
- Know the rules on hygiene and prevention.
- Know the rules for packing, storing and keeping food.
- Know dietary rules.
- Be rigorous, reactive and autonomous.
- Be able to work in a team and adapt.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
