Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the entry grade in category C allows it.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Confirmed experience required
The profile they look for:
- Apply each child's individual support plan (PAI)
- Know basic first aid and alert procedures
- Follow hygiene rules and safe use of cleaning products
- Handle conflicts well and work as a team
- Know the rights and duties of civil servants
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
