Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C. Open grades: technical assistant, principal technical assistant 2nd and 1st class.

Experience: Significant experience in similar roles, not specified in years.
The profile they look for:

- Knowledge of HACCP standards in catering and hygiene.
- Skill with cleaning machines such as single-disc polishers and scrubber-dryers.
- Able to use and store cleaning products safely.
- Independent, rigorous and well organised.
- Able to work as part of a team.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
