Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. The post is open to the agent de maîtrise and agent de maîtrise principal grades.

The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of waste collection and waste management tasks
- Knowledge of workplace risk prevention
- Basic heavy vehicle mechanics, ideally refuse collection vehicles
- Management skills: lead a team, run an activity
- Quick reaction and ability to work under pressure
- Driving licence B, ideally licence C
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded.
- Public transport pass paid at 75%, sustainable mobility allowance up to 300 euros per year.
- Meal voucher card of 8.50 euros, with 60% paid by the employer.
