Open to civil servants and contract agents. Civil servants must hold an equivalent grade, for example attaché principal. Contract agents are hired on a 3-year fixed-term contract, and their pay depends on their diploma and experience. The post is open to winners of the IDIV encadrement selection of July 2026.
