Experience: Confirmed experience in building technical management.

- Engineering training or equivalent experience in building technical management.
- Technical and management skills, especially in electricity and HVAC (CVC).
- Management skills and rigour to manage outsourced services.
- Good use of IT tools, CMMS, building management systems and business software.
