The profile they look for:
- Expertise in civil service law.
- Knowledge of social dialogue and social committees.
- Ability to prepare legislative and regulatory texts.
- Management role (management is stated in the offer).
- Reference grade: AAE.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Expected time in post: 3 years.
