- Knowledge of public contracts and public accounting rules.
- Rigour and method for filing and traceability of documents.
- Comfortable using Excel to track numerical data.
- Ability to work in a team and pass on knowledge.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
