Civil servants and contract staff can apply. For contract staff, French nationality is required.

The profile they look for:
- Good knowledge of administrative law and civil service law.
- Good knowledge of the national police and its employment rules.
- Essential skills with office software (Excel and OpenOffice).
- Organised, methodical, rigorous and discreet.
- Team player, available and responsive.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: December 31 (Closes in 58 days)

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
