Diploma: Engineer or architect training preferred
Experience: Significant experience preferred
The profile they look for:
- Expertise in real estate, works and maintenance, ideally an engineer or architect training.
- Knowledge of regulations for public institutions (construction, fire safety, accessibility, asbestos).
- Mastery of public procurement procedures.
- Ability to lead organisational change and manage complex building projects.
- Strong leadership and ability to bring together multidisciplinary teams.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
