- Legal knowledge of how sentences are carried out and applied.
- Management skills, including leading a team.
- Analysis, summary and writing skills.
- Project management and organisation skills.
- Good use of case management software (APPI/PRISME, Genesis) and Office.
- Experience in a probation and insertion service (SPIP).
