- Strong knowledge of roads, utility networks and public contracts.
- Good knowledge of local authorities.
- Ability to manage projects and produce monitoring reports and indicators.
- Good people skills, teaching ability and responsiveness.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
