4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work possible.
- Flexible hours between 8:00 and 19:00, with 29 RTT days per year.
- Monthly allowance of 160 € gross, rising to 200 € gross in 2027 (ISS PATS allowance).
- Discretion is required. Knowing the police scope would be an advantage.
