Diploma: Bac +5 minimum: engineering school, master's in planning, transport or mobility, or IEP

- Degree at master level (bac +5) at least, in planning, transport or mobility.
- Ability to steer, set priorities and manage.
- Strategic vision and a sense of public interest.
- Ability to analyse, summarise and support decisions.
- Good people skills, diplomacy and ability to influence.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
