- Knowledge of electrical energy production and distribution.
- Ability to run a site and check contractor work.
- Able to work in a team and on your own.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
