Category: Category A (executive)
Experience: At least 5 years (public buyer, public procurement lawyer, project management assistance, contract engineering) and/or in an EPCI, project management assistance or public project ownership
The profile they look for:
- At least 5 years of experience in public purchasing or contract engineering
- In-depth knowledge of public procurement law
- Skills in purchasing procedures for design and works contracts
- Ability to build internal and external networks
- Project scoping and management
- Rigour and team spirit
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
