Civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents can apply, for the grades of attaché, attaché principal, ingénieur and ingénieur principal in the territorial civil service. People recognised as disabled workers can also apply under a contract.
Category: Category A (executive)
Experience: Proven experience in purchasing.
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of energy markets (electricity, gas).
- Knowledge of public procurement rules.
- Proven experience in purchasing.
- Ability to negotiate and build a purchasing strategy.
- Results-driven and good at building partnerships.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
