- Good knowledge of public procurement rules.
- Run a full procedure, from needs analysis to contract notification.
- Organised and rigorous, comfortable with office and purchasing software.
- Good analytical sense and a taste for teamwork.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
