Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents. Posts at the grades of Assistant d'enseignement artistique principal, 1st or 2nd class.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: State diploma (Diplôme d'Etat) or certificat d'aptitude in music and instrument
The profile they look for:
- State diploma (Diplôme d'Etat) or certificat d'aptitude in music theory and instrument.
- Able to lead teaching work one-to-one or in groups.
- Able to use the IMuse software to follow students.
- Good listening skills, patience and high standards.
- Team spirit.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Work from Monday to Saturday, mostly outside school hours, with occasional evenings and weekends.
- At least one day on site, schedule agreed with the director.
