Anyone who meets the qualifications can apply. Current City of Toronto employees can also apply, but must say so on the online form and give their employee number, and cannot hold two City jobs.
Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field (HR, disability management, health and safety, or labour relations), or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
Experience: Considerable experience in HR services, including disability management, health and safety and labour relations, in a large unionized or private sector organization.

2 Resume and cover letter
