What you would do

  • Clean and sanitize food preparation surfaces and equipment.
  • Prepare sandwiches, salads and coffee for cafeteria and buffet lines.
  • Set up dining areas and cafeteria lines with food and dishes.
  • Run the conveyor dishwasher and store clean dishes and silverware.
  • Deliver meals to patients' bedsides.
  • Sweep, mop and empty trash in high-traffic areas.
