Materials Handler

What you would do

• Load and unload supplies using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Locate and track inventory using an automated database and handheld devices.
• Check, prepare, and route shipping and receiving documents.
• Report discrepancies and keep inventory records accurate and current.
• Repair, refurbish, and assemble fire equipment kits to agency standards.
• Pack and label items for shipment, following transportation rules.
