What you would do

• Sell snacks, tobacco products and candy to customers
• Operate the cash register, ring up sales and make change
• Process credit card sales and charges to member accounts
• Clear the cash register at the end of each shift and turn over cash
• Do daily inventories and keep the area clean and orderly

Do you qualify for NF-1?

With experience: You need experience in responsible clerical or office work, including doing basic arithmetic and making change for customers. You also need experience handling cash directly and using cash control methods, plus good spoken and written communication and skill dealing with the public. The pay scale is NF 1, and the announcement does not list a general grade level.

With education: Education cannot replace experience at this grade.
