Education: University degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or an equivalent mix of education and relevant work experience.
Experience: Hands-on Anaplan model building for budgeting or forecasting; Anaplan implementation experience; Level 1 and Level 2 Anaplan certification required. Municipal budgeting knowledge is an asset.

- Anaplan Professional Associate Model Builder certification, Levels 1 and 2.
- Experience with multi-dimensional data modelling in Anaplan.
- Experience managing data integrations between Anaplan Data Hub and business models.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
