Anyone who meets the requirements can apply, since this is an open competition. To work remotely, you must live in Alberta, and Edmonton-area candidates must work on-site.
Education: University graduation in a related field such as Business Administration, IT or Computer Science. Equivalent experience may count, at 1 year of education for 1 year of experience.
Experience: At least 2 years of progressively responsible related experience in ERP and SAP user security, including GRC role-based security.
What they ask for:
- University graduation in a related field, such as business, IT or computer science.
- At least 2 years of SAP user security and access provisioning experience.
- At least 2 years of role-based security using SAP GRC.
- Experience with user security in Documentum, OpenText or PeopleSoft.
- Experience in ERP system security, not general cybersecurity.
2 Resume and cover letter
Tailor your resume to this posting: use its words and show each requirement with a concrete example. In Canada, leave out your photo, age and marital status. Add a short cover letter if the posting asks for one or accepts it.

4 Interview, tests and references

- This is not a technical cybersecurity role; the job is mostly business analysis.
- Edmonton-area candidates must work on-site; others may work remotely within Alberta.
- Final candidates must pass security screening, and candidates pay for checks and interview travel.
- The competition may be used to fill future vacancies at the same or lower classification level.
