Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as HR or disability management, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
Experience: Considerable experience in HR advice, assessing needs, program design and project leadership, within a large unionized or similar organization.

2 Resume and cover letter
