Education: Related degree in natural resources, natural science, recreation management, tourism, criminal justice or a similar program. Equivalent education and experience may be considered, 1 year for 1 year.
Experience: 4 years related experience in park operations, visitor management, compliance, resource or recreation management, and supervising staff.

- Experience leading teams and supervising seasonal or permanent staff
- Valid Alberta Class 5 driver's licence or equivalent
- Current Standard First Aid with CPR C and AED
- Ability to do physically demanding outdoor work in all weather

- A retention allowance applies for sites between the 55th and 57th parallels.
