This is an open competition, so anyone who meets the requirements can apply. The posting does not state citizenship or work permit rules.
Education: University graduation in a related field for all three levels. One year of education can count as one year of experience, and the other way around.
Experience: None for PS2; 2 years progressively responsible experience for PS3; 4 years for PS4.

2 Resume and cover letter

4 Interview, tests and references
If you are shortlisted, they contact you, often by email. Interviews can be in person or by video, and some jobs also have a written or practical test. Have two or three references ready: former supervisors who know your work.

- Candidates pay their own costs for documents, checks and interview travel
- The competition may be used to fill future vacancies at the same or lower level
- Applicants with foreign education are advised to get a credential assessment (IQAS or another recognized service)
