Education: University degree in science, agriculture, biology or a related field. A related master's degree can replace part of the experience on a one-for-one basis.
Experience: Three years in government program policy planning and delivery, or related.

- A retention allowance of $6,000 per year may apply to employees who live and work between the 55th and 57th parallels.
