This is an open competition, so anyone who meets the minimum requirements can apply. Applicants must also pass a Level 2 enhanced security screening and a vulnerable sector check.
Education: High school diploma. Directly related experience or education may be considered as an equivalent.
Experience: Three years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience.

- Extensive knowledge of child care subsidy policy would be an asset
- Ability to identify and investigate suspected fraud
- Experience assessing client eligibility and supporting applications
- Experience managing a high volume of phone inquiries

- Final candidates must pass an academic check, a Level 2 enhanced security screening and a vulnerable sector check.
- A criminal record check completed within the last six months is accepted.
- The competition may be used to fill future vacancies at the same or lower classification level.
