Education: High school diploma
Experience: Three years of related experience. Education and experience can be swapped, one year for one year.
What they ask for:
- High school diploma and three years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience
- Strong previous experience in office administration
- Knowledge of Government of Alberta policies and administrative practices
- Experience with financial administration, such as P-Cards and expense claims
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and corporate systems such as ARTS, SAP and EPS
- Experience working independently in a senior administrative support role
